Da ich einige Zeit nicht da sein werde , möchte ich meine Wohnung in Schwabing zwischenvermieten.Und zwar bis max. 31.März, die Miete beträgt 250 Euro pro Woche.

Es gibt ein schönes großes Wohnzimmer , ein kleines Schlafzimmer ,Küche mit Waschmaschine und Mikrowelle, ein Bad mit Badewanne und einen Balkon.
Kabelfernsehen und W-LAn sind vorhanden.Ideal für Berufseinsteiger, um dann etwas längerfristiges zu suchen.
Die Wohnung ist 2 Minuten von der U-Bahn entfernt und es gibt einige Geschäfte und Banken in der Nähe. Die Münchner Freiheit ist eine U-Bahn Station entfernt.
Ich freue mich über Angebote.Rauchen ist in der Wohnung nicht erlaubt.
Sehr zentral gelegen,2 Min zur U-Bahn(U3) , 7 Minuten mit der U-Bahn zum Marienplatz,eine Station zur Münchner Freiheit mit Bars, Restaurants , Theatern etc.Der Englische Garten ist auch gut zu erreichen, entweder mit der U-Bahn und dann noch 5 Min. laufen oder ca. 15 Min. Fußweg.
Geschäfte, Rewe , Netto, Reformhaus, Drogerie, Bäcker,Banken sind in der Nähe, es ist sehr ruhig im Haus.
