Hallo, da wir in eine größere Wohnung ziehen suchen wir einen Nachmieter für unsere alte Wohnung:
- 1-Zimmerwohnung, insgesamt ca. 50 qm, 1. OG
- großes Schlaf-/Wohnzimmer
- Küche mit neuwertiger EBK (Ablöse)
- Bad mit Badewanne
- großer Balkon (Loggia)
- laufend renoviert (letztes Jahr neues Laminat, Fenster neu, Treppenhaus wird gerade gemacht,...)
- Münzwaschmaschine im Haus
- Aufzug
- Franz-Joseph-Straße (Schwabing West)
- Nähe Haltestelle Giselastraße (Fussweg 5min)
- ca. 550m zum Englischen Garten
- nur 1km zur LMU
- Miete rund 800 EUR inkl. Strom plus ca. 100 EUR für Gas
- sehr netter, privater Vermieter und sehr nette, ruhige Nachbarn
- keine Provision, aber Küche (weiß mit brauner Arbeitsplatte, Induktionsherd, Backofen, freistehender Kühlschrank; alles neu gekauft im Frühjahr 2013) und großer IKEA-Kleiderschrank (ebenfalls aus Frühjahr 2013) sollten für 3400 EUR übernommen werden.
- da wir ab dann eine neue Wohnung haben ist der Bezugstermin der 1.6. (bitte nur melden, wenn das ok ist :) )
