I rent my nice room during the period of the Octoberfest (by days). The room is part of a residence with many students, so the kitchen and bathroom are shared with them. It is perfectly located and the U-bahn stop is only 2 minutes away by food (Hohenzollernplatz). The room is perfect for one or two people who want to spend a few days in Munich. It is fully furnished with: fridge, washbasin, bed, desk, wardrobe, shelves and chairs. You can use free Wifi and you are free to cook in the kitchen. There is a Supermarket near the room and a lot of shops and bars.
The location of the Octoberfest is only a 16 min by public transport and the center is only a 10 minutes.
