Hallo Liebe Wohnungssuchende,
meine Wohnung wird frei und ich suche einen Nachmieter.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Bad, einem Flur, einem großen Wohnraum, einer Bettnische, einer kleinen Küche, einem Balkon zum Innenhof und einem Kellerabteil. Sie ist absolut ruhig gelegen und nach Westen ausgerichtet so das man ab Mittag Sonne auf dem Balkon hat.
Eine Waschmachine und ein Trockenraum zur gemeinsamen Nutzung gibt es im Keller.
Wird ein Tiefgaragenplatz gewünscht kann dieser für 60,- Euro/Monat hinzugemietet werden.
Ich möchte verschiedene Möbel loswerden, welche gegen eine Ablöse übernommen werden können (ist aber kein muss).
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe der U-Bahn Haltestelle Hohenzollernplatz. Der Luitpoldpark ist direkt vor der Haustüre. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten u. Restaurants gibt es in direkter Umgebung.
Schreibt mir am besten eine email mit ein paar Eckdaten zu Euch. Wäre schön wenn es klappt. Bin gespannt.
