Hallo liebe Mädels!
Da ich für ein Semester nach Norwegen gehe suche ich eine zuverlässige Zwischenmieterin für meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung im schönen Schwabing.
Die Wohnung hat ca. 35 qm mit Bad, extra Küche und einem tollen Balkon ins Grüne und wird komplett möbliert vermietet.
Momentan ist der Zeitraum auf Anfang August bis Ende Dezember 2016 befristet jedoch evtl. mit Option auf Verlängerung.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 800 Euro, worin alle Nebenkosten enthalten sind (Strom, Wasser, Internet etc.) und es ist eine Kaution von 1000 Euro fällig.
Der Hohenzollernplatz mit U-Bahn, Straßenbahn, Bus-Anbindung und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegt nur 2 Minuten entfernt. Die Lage ist also super :)
