VERMIETUNG NUR AN DAMEN!!!
Ich biete vom 21. September bis 2. Oktober meinen Bungalow an.
Der Bungalow hat 20 m² inklusive Balkon auf zwei Etagen verteilt, (wobei auf der zweiten Etage ich wohne) Unten gibt es eine eigene Kochzeile (Kühlschrank, Herd) gefließtes Bad und komplette Möblierung. (Couch ausziehbar, Platz für max. 2 Personen.)
Jeweils nur tageweise zu vermieten bzw. für kompletes Wochenende. Am Wochenende steht das komplette Bungalow zur Verfügung, also auch der obere Bereicht (Bett, Schreibtisch und Balkon), deshalb auch der etwas teurere Preis.
Zur U-Bahn (U3) geht man 7 Minuten und die
nächste Station der Nacht-Tram 27 (fährt jede Stunde) ist 15 Minuten entfernt.
Zum Einkaufen gibt es einen Tengelmann,sowie diverse Bäckerein, Dönerläden, einen Bioladen, Apotheken etc...alles nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt in der Ladenstraße.
Preis pro Tag/ pro Person: 70€ (für zwei Personen: 130€)
Preis Wochenende pro Person: 150€ (zwei Personen 270€, drei Personen 360€)
