Die Wohnung hat 30 Quadratmeter mit einem Balkon zur West - Seite. Sie ist sehr hell und gut aufgeteilt. Es gibt eine separate Küche und ein separates Bad. Die Wohnung wurde Mitte 2015 komplett neu renoviert und es gibt gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Möbel sind alle vorhanden, wie auch eine Waschmaschine und Kaffeemaschine Bzw. Küchengeräte.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend direkt am Bonner Platz mit 2 Gehminuten zur Ubahn- Station Bonner Platz. Von dort sind es nur 4 Stationen zum Odeonsplatz. Am Bonner Platz gibt es auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Apotheke und Bank. 5 Gehminuten entfernt befindet sich der Luitpoldpark.
Da ich vom 23. Juni bis zum 5. August nicht in München bin, suche ich für diese Zeit einen Untermieter. Die genauen Daten sind variierbar.
