Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert, auch die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt (Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe etc.). Neben dem 90 cm Bett, gibt es noch eine extra Matratze. Mikrowelle, Minibackofen und ein Kühlschrank sind vorhanden. Für größere Backorgien ist die Küche nicht geeignet, aber Aufläufe, Kuchen und Fertigpizza, sowie alles was man auf zwei Platten kochen kann, funktioniert wunderbar.
Das Fenster ist Richtung Süden und zum Hof ausgerichtet.
Im Haus befindet sich eine Gemeinschaftswaschmaschine.
Den Rest kann man denke ich gut auf den Bildern sehen :)
The apartment is fully furnished. The kitchen equipped with everything - cutlery, pots and plates... There is a 90 cm bed and an additional mattress. There is also a microwave and a mini oven, as well as a stove with two cooking plates.
The window is southbound and in direction of the courtyard. There is a washing machine in the house.
In 5 Minuten ist man am Scheidplatz (und somit auch am Luitpoldpark) von wo U-Bahn (U2/3), Tram und Busse fahren. In 15 Minuten ist man an der Uni oder Innenstadt und die Bahn zum Hauptbahnhof braucht 7 Minuten. In etwa einer halben Stunde ist man am Forschungszentrum in Garching.
Fußläufig sind in 1 Minute ein Penny, ein Dönerladen sowie eine Apotheke und in 5 Minuten ein Rewe, Edeka, Netto, Bäcker und dm erreichbar. Eine Postfiliale und ein Biosupermarkt sind auch in Laufentfernung.
It's a 5 minute walk to Scheidplatz, where U-Bahn (U2/3) as well as tram and busses are depart. It takes 15 minutes to the university or the city center, the U-Bahn to the central station takes 7 minutes. In about half an hour you can reach Garching-Forschungszentrum.
A supermarket (penny) and a pharmacy are in the building next door. Within 5 minutes walking distance there is a Rewe, Edeka, Netto, bakery and a dm. The post office and an organic supermarket are within walking distance as well.
Die Wohnung ist vorerst auf ein Jahr befristet, mit der Option zur Verlängerung. Du sollst dich in meiner Wohnung wie zuhause fühlen und sie bitte auch so behandeln. Zur Absicherung ist eine Bürgschaft, bzw. ein Gehaltsnachweis nötig.

The renting period is for now limited to one year, an extension might be possible later. You should feel at home in my apartment and treat it that way. For hedging, I'd need your proof of income.
