900€ für 42m2 (1 Zimmer Apartment mit separater Küche, enthält alle Nebenkosten wie WLAN, Strom etc.), die Tram 27/28/12 sowie die Busse 53/59 befinden sich direkt vor der Haustür, die U2 ist in 10 min zu erreichen.
Die Wohnung ist im 4. Stock mit Lift. Man hat von den Fenstern aus einen tollen Blick auf den Kurfürstenplatz. Zudem sind die Nachbarn wahnsinnig nett.
Noch dazu fällt eine Kaution von ebenfalls 450€ an.
