Es handelt sich um eine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in Schwabing-West zwischen Hohenzollern- und Josephsplatz.
Die Wohnung ist circa 28 qm groß, hat ein weißes Bad, welches vor circa 2 Jahren erneuert wurde, eine Kochnische welche abgetrennt vom Wohnraum ist und einen kleinen Flur.
Ein Bett (160x200), ein Pax-Schrank (1,50x200), ein kleines Regal im Gang, Badregal, Badspiegel und Lampe, Lampe im Gang und eine Ikea-Malm-Kommode würde ich gerne hier lassen. Daher wäre es super, wenn du an den Möbel Interesse hast. Die Ablöse hierfür wären circa 900 EUR.
Bitte schicke mir bei Interesse ein paar Angaben zu deiner Person (am liebsten Studenten), Einkommen/Bürgschaft von Eltern möglich(?) und lasse mich kurz wissen, ob der 15./16. März für dich passend wäre und ob du die Möbel übernehmen möchtest. Ich melde mich dann bei dir!
