- 1 großen Eingang, wo man einen Schrank unterbringen kann.
- 2 Minuten zu Fuß vom Luitpoldpark (hinter dem Haus) und 5 Minuten vom Olympiapark (wirklich schön, wenn man gerne Sport treibt!).
- 2 Minuten von der Haltestelle Achermanstraße der Straßenbahnlinie 27
- 8-10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Scheidplatz (U2 - U3)
- Supermärkte (Rewe und Penny), sowie Restaurants und Bäckereien in der Nähe
Ich bin die jetzige Mieterin und suche jemand, der/die diese schöne und ruhige Wohnung für den 1. Mai übernimmt.
Ich ziehe ins Ausland um und würde mich freuen, jemand zu finden, der/die bereit ist, Küche, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank sowie eventuell Bett und Schreibtisch zu übernehmen (wir können den Preis besprechen).
