Mein Name ist Stephanie, ich studiere Statistik und Biologie an der Ludwig-Maximilians- Universität und werde das kommende Wintersemester an der University of Glasgow absolvieren.
Daher würde ich meine Wohnung vom 01.10.2020 bis 31.12.2020 gerne untervermieten.
Es handelt sich hierbei um eine großzügige 1-Zimmer-Wohnung mit 20 Quadratmeter Wohnfläche plus großem Bad und separater Küche. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und hat neben Waschmaschine, Ofen, Esstisch und Schreibtisch, Einzelbett, Schlafcoach sowie Badewanne alles, was das Herz begehrt.
Die Lage ist phänomenal, mitten in der Ainmillerstraße. Man braucht lediglich 5 Minuten an den Kleinhesseloher See im Englischen Garten, 10 Minuten an den Chinesischen Turm, direkt um die Ecke liegt die Leopoldstraße mit ihrem großstädtischen Flair, Shops wie Zara und Hallhuber sowie diversen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel (Penny, Lidl, Rewe, Edeka).
In die Innenstadt fährt man ab der Station Giselastraße (U3 und U6), zu der man 5 Minuten zu Fuß hat, drei Stationen an den Marienplatz.
Trotz der wunderbaren Stadtatmosphäre, ist es nachts angenehm ruhig ohne störenden Verkehrslärm.
Die Miete pro Monat beträgt warm 750€ inklusive Strom, Wasser und Internet. Als Kaution werden 450€ angesetzt.

Therefore, I would like to rent out my apartment from 01.10.2020 to 31.12.2020.
The apartment is a spacious one-room flat with 20 square meters of living space plus an additional kitchen and big bathroom.
It is fully furnished and equipped with a laundry machine, oven, dinner table and desk, single bed, sleep coach and bath tube, it really has everything one could need.
The location itself is phenomenal, situated right in the Ainmillerstraße (a rather popular and well-known street in Munich).
It takes 5 minutes to get to the English Garden, 10 minutes to the famous Chinese tower. Right around the corner lies the Leopoldstraße, one of Munich ́s main streets, with diverse clothing shops (Zara, Hallhuber), various restaurants and grocery shops (Penny, Lidl, Rewe, Edeka).
To get to Munich downtown you simply hop into the U-Bahn for 3 stops to Marienplatz, the station Giselastraße (U3 and U6) is located in a mere 5 minute walking distance to the apartment.
Despite the beautiful and vivid city atmosphere the nights are quite calm without disturbing traffic noise.
The monthly rental costs would be 750€ including electricity, warm water and wifi. The deposit would amount to 450€.
