Zentrale schöne moderne 1 Zimmer Wohnung im Februar frei
Die Wohnung ist schön hell und komplett möbliert (Bett, Couch, Esstisch, Stühle, Schrank) und mit allen Gebrauchsutensilien (Küche) sowie TV ausgestattet.
Es gibt einen Aufzug im Haus.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral, alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichbar, alle ÖVM sind quasi vor der Tür.
Ich suche e i n e zuverlässige ordentliche Person, die vorzugsweise berufstätig oder für ein Praktikum hier ist.
Aufgrund der aktuellen Lage und Beschränkungen sind nur Einzelbesichtigungen tagsüber möglich, alternativ kann ich auch gerne Bilder per SMS zuschicken
Alle Oberflächen sowie Türklinken in der Wohnung werden vorher desinfiziert.
Die Kaution ist bei Schlüsselübergabe in bar fällig und wird bei Rückgabe, wenn alles in Ordnung ist, ebenso sofort in bar zurückbezahlt.
Zeitraum: Ich bin nach hinten hinaus um zwei Wochen flexibel (bis Mitte März).
Eine Anmeldung ist nicht möglich.
