- very large window, therefore very bright
- quiet, located in a residential street (Bauerstraße near Hohenzollernplatz)
- 200m to U2 (Hohenzollernplatz)/tram/bus
- bright parquet floor
- bicycle storage in the green inner courtyard
- cellar compartment and laundry room with washing machine and dryer
- house has elevator
- all walls are white
cold rent: 1035 EUR, warm rent: 1125 EUR
The landlady is also happy to rent to students with parental guarantee.
If you are interested, write me about yourselves, preferably with information on how you finance the rent. I am supposed to suggest a new tenant 🙂

Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen in der Bauerstraße 21, das heißt bis zur nächsten U-Bahn Station (U2 Hohenzollernplatz) dauert es nur 2 Min (200 Meter). Busse und Straßenbahn ebenfalls am Hohenzollernplatz 2 Minuten entfernt. Zum Englischen Garten braucht ihr zu Fuß 20 Minuten.
