Ausstattung: Altbauwohnung zum Innenhof. Die Wohnung besteht aus Flur, Bad, Küche und einem großen Wohnraum.
Der Flur und Wohnraum haben einen schönen Parkettboden. Das Bad hat helle Fliesen und ein kleines Fenster. Die Küche hat einen Kühlschrank, Ofen und vier Herdplatten und ist abgetrennt vom Wohnraum, was ich sehr praktisch finde. Der Wohnraum hat ein großes Fenster mit Blick in den Innenhof, also eine schöne grüne Aussicht. Es gibt einen Waschkeller und einen Aufzug im Haus.
Die Wohnung ist Teilmöbiliert (Bett, Esstisch, Stühle, Sideboard, Sofa, Rollo, Kleiderstange,..).
Bei der Miete ist der TV-Anschluss und das Internet inklusive (Anteil 37,95€ p.M.).
super Lage in West-Schwabing!! U-Bahn Nähe, Tram Nähe, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten des täglichen Bedarfs in der Nähe, ca 15 min zum Englischen Garten, ca. 10 min zum Hauptbahnhof
