Die Wohnung befindet sich im Hochparterregeschoss. Es hat 1,5 Zimmer und ist 38 qm groß. Die Küche ist ein separater Zimmer mit Fenster und ist mit einem 4-Platten-Küchenherd, Backofen, Mikrowelle und einem kleinen Kühlschrank ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer mit Fenster ist mit einer Duschkabine und einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet.
Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert, so dass ihr nur eure persönlichen Sachen mitbringen und sich wie zu Hause fühlen könnt.

I am offering a short term rental for the period from 24 Jan 2022 to 28 Feb 2022. The move-in date could be negotiated! There could be the possibility of taking over the apartment as a new tenant afterwards.
Suitable for singles or couples.
Because of the limited time, I am reducing the rent to EUR 850 (from EUR 950) - this already includes everything (heating, electricity, internet, radio license fee, etc.). The deposit is 250 EUR for 1 person, or 500 EUR for 2 people.
The flat is located on the mezzanine floor of an Altbau. It has 1.5 rooms and is 38 sqm. The kitchen is a separate room with a window and is equipped with a 4-plate kitchen stove, oven, microwave and a small fridge. The bathroom with a window is equipped with a shower booth and a washing machine.
The flat is fully furnished, so you just need to bring your personal belongings and can make yourself at home.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in bester, zentraler Lage in einem schönen und sicheren Stadtteil Schwabing.
Verkehrsanbindungen: TOP Lage und in der Nähe von allen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (Ubahn, Bus, Tram)
- U-Bahn Hohenzollernplatz: 3 Gehminuten, U2 Linie (in nur 8 Minuten direkt zum HBF erreichbar)
