This is the reason that the apartment is pretty convenient. You can shop groceries, clothes, shoes and everything you like right from the same building of your home. The apartment is newly rennovated with a new kitchen and neat wooden floors. The apartment comes fully furnished and is ready to move in. Ideal for couples looking to do a job in Munich. I am only leaving because i found a job in Frankfurt else the Apartment is perfect. It is also ideal for establishing a social life in Munich or work from home situations. The apartment has separate kitchen and bathroom is in a gallery. There is a large balcony with peaceful doves and a great view of the city's urban center: Olympia Einkaufszentrum.
The internet / wifi costs are 30 Euros and electricity bill is around 75 euros per month (not included in the stated 1110 warm rent).
