Cute studio apartment. Lots of natural light in the living/sleeping and kitchen.
Great flooring and it's also been freshly painted.
Neighbours are friendly. The building is small so there isn't much foot traffic and the apartment faces the Hof so it is super quiet throughout the day.
It's 32sqm, completely unfurnished.
Very orderly bathroom.
Doesn't have cellar space.
Very short walk to parks and green spaces. Also the excellent restaurants of Schwabing.
Olympic park is a short stroll also, with excellent amenities.
Multiple forms of transport in walking distance. 15 minutes to Hbf
