Hallo!
Da ich ab 15.02. für zwei Monate im Ausland bin, würde ich gerne meine kleine Einzimmerwohnung für diesen Zeitraum zwischenvermieten.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem kleinen Vorraum, einem Zimmer mit Küchenzeile und einem Bad. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr hell. Die Fotos wurden am Abend gemacht, deshalb wirkt die Wohnung etwas dunkel. In Wirklichkeit ist sie aber durch die großen Fenster sehr hell.
Zentral gelegen nähe Hohenzollernplatz, bzw. direkt am Nordbad.
Praktisch mit der U2 und mit einigen Trams und Bussen zu erreichen.
Es wäre mir sehr wichtig, dass ihr in meiner Wohnung nicht raucht und gut mit meinen Möbeln umgeht, aber das versteht sich ja von selbst ;-)!
