Bei diesem Angebot handelt es sich um ein großes 1,5-Zimmer Apartment (keine WG). Das Apartment befindet sich im schönen Stadtteil Schwabing im obersten 14. Stock (Aufzug vorhanden ;) mit einem großen Balkon und Blick auf die Alpen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und öffentliche Nahverkehrsmittel sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Waschmöglichkeiten (Trockner Waschmaschine) befinden sich im Keller.
Optional gibt es einen Parkplatz für 70 € im Monat im Haus in der Tiefgarage der dazu gemietet werden kann.
Wir ziehen aus unserer Wohnung aus und haben Sie noch bis Ende März, daher ist sie für genau diesen Zeitraum noch verfügbar bevor sie komplett renoviert wird.
Die Wohnung ist auch bereits teilmöbliert (Schrank, Regal, Kommode, Couch, Küche, Esstisch, Stühle) Bezüglich der Einrichtung können wir uns aber auch absprechen.
