vermiete während eines Auslandaufenthalts ab 23.05.09 bis 19.07.2009 mein ca. 22qm 1-Zimmer-Appartment in München-Laim für 430€ warm/Monat, inklusive Strom, Telefon- und Internetflat und sonstigen Nebenkosten. Die Wohnung ist mit einer Fensterfront und großem Balkon nach Süden sehr hell, vollständig möbliert und eingerichtet, hat ein Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche, Flur mit Einbauschrank sowie eine Küchennnische mit Herd, Mini-Backofen, Kühlschrank und Gefrierfach. Es gibt ein Fahrradkeller und Waschmaschinenmitbenutzung.
Die Lage im Stadtteilzentrum ist äußerst verkehrsgünstig. Die U-Bahn-Station Laimer Platz ist ca. 150m entfernt (mit der U5 10 Minuten zum Hbf), ebenso die Trambahnlinie 19 und auch die S-Bahn Laim ist mit dem Bus (51/57/151/168) sehr schnell erreichbar. Sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten.
