Hallo,
da ich ab September ein Auslandssemster mache, vermiete ich meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung vom 1. September 2011 bis zum 15.01.2012. Die Wohnung ist komlett möbliert und verfügt über eine Kochnische. Sie ist durch große Fenster schön hell und hat außerdem einen großen Balkon.
Die Wohnung liegt nahe der Donnersbergerbrücke. Sie ist gut an Bus, Tram, U-Bahn und S-Bahn angeschlossen.
Im Haus befindet sich ein Waschsalon. Ganz in der Nähe (50m) ist ein Lidl und in guter Laufentfernung auch noch ein Tengelmann. Weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten(Bäcker, Post, Apotheke,...) sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
In den Nebenkosten sind Internet und Strom enthalten. Das Haus hat eine Tiefgarage, der Stellplatz müsst jedoch extra angemietet werden.
