Hallo alle Zusammen,
ich werde beruflich für ein halbes Jahr weg müssen (kann auch für ein Jahr sein, also besteht die Möglichkeit, dass eine Untermiete auch für ein Jahr möglich wäre)...
Die Wohnung überlasse ich dir mit einem Bett, einem Sofa mit Sofatisch, einem Esstisch mit Stühlen und ein paar kleinen Regalen. Es gibt eine ganz kleine mit Tür vom Wohnraum abgetrennte Küche und ein kleines Bad. Die Waschmaschine befindet sich im Keller und wird von allen im Haus mitbenutzt (ein Waschgang kostet ca. 1,50Euro. Der Balkon ist ein Südbalkon und ziemlich groß.
Die Aufteilung der Wohnung ist prima. Der Wohnraum ist ziemlich groß im Verhältnis zu Bad und Küche und hat keine Schrägen.
Die Anbindung an die U5 und die Tram 18 und 19 ist gegeben. Zur U5 sind es 5-7 min Fußweg, genauso wie zur tram 18. Die Tram 19 erreicht man in ca. 10min...
Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in ca.15 min am HBF.
