Ich suche einen Zwischenmieter für meine schöne neuwertige 1-Zimmer Wohnung in München Schwanthalerhöhe-Laim.
Die Wohnung verfügt über einen großen Balkon und mehrere bodentiefe Fenster, so dass sie wunderbar hell ist. Dank der Fußbodenheizung hat man immer warme Füße :-) Das Bad ist mit Badewanne ausgestattet und sehr schick neu gestaltet. Die EBK ist neu und verfügt über einen großen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach und einen neuen Backofen mit Ceran Kochfeld.
Die Wohnung wird teilmöbliert vermietet, das heißt Lampen, ein großer Kleiderschrank und Tisch und Stühle sind vorhanden, ebenso Balkonmöbel und ein Kugelgrill.
Die Wohnung ist sehr günstig gelegen. Zu Tram und Ubahn (U4, U5) läuft man 2min, zur Stammstrecke der Sbahn (Hirschgarten) 10 min. In der Nähe gibt es alles was man braucht, Supermärkte, Bäcker, Apotheke, Restaurants usw.
