Die Wohnung liegt im 3. OG, es gibt keinen Aufzug. Es ist eine 1-Zimmer Wohnung mit separatem Bad und einer schönen, modernen Einbauküche, die ich beim Einzug neu gekauft habe. Möbel in der Wohnung: Bett, Schrank, Esstisch mit zwei Stühlen und eine Kommode. Da es für mich zuviel Aufwand wäre die Möbel für 8 Monate irgendwo unterzubringen, lasse ich alles umsonst stehen. Es kommen keine zusätzlichen Kosten dazu.
Ruhiges Viertel. Gemütliche, helle Wohnung. Perfekt geeignet für Studenten. Es gibt im Keller drei Waschmaschinen und einen Trockner. Es leben nur Studenten in dem Haus und das ganze Gebäude wurde im Sommer 2012 komplett renoviert. Die Wohnung ist am 1. Juni (evtl. Mitte Mai) bezugsfrei bis Ende Januar 2016.

Am besten geeignet für diese Wohnung ist ein Student, da nur Studenten das Haus bewohnen und diese Tradition somit weiter bestehen würde. Kontakt bitte über E-mail, ich melde mich dann umgehend bei ihnen sobald es geht.
