Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine schöne Einzimmerwohnung in Laim (Landsbergerstr. 272). Die Wohnung hat 24 m² und befindet sich im 2. Stock eines 2014 errichteten Gebäudes (KfW 40-Bauweise mit kontrollierter Wohnraumlüftung mit Wärmerück-Gewinnung). Alle Armaturen sind neu und funktionieren einwandfrei. Die Wohnung hat Dusche und WC und eine Einbauküche mit Ceran-Kochfeldern, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank. Waschmaschinen und Trockner gibt es im Keller des Wohnhauses. Im Keller gibt es auch Fahrradabstellplätze und optional Tiefgaragenplätze.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Laim (15min per S-Bahn zum Marienplatz). In Nähe gibt es ein Zentrum mit Supermarkt (Rewe, ALDI), Bäcker, Drogerie, Apotheke und Facharztzentrum (ca. 400m), ein Steakhouse (100m), Coffeeshop und Fitness-Studio. Der Hirschgarten (Münchens größter Biergarten) ist ca. 900m zu Fuß. Der S-Bahnhof Laim ist ca. 250m entfernt, der U-Bahnhof Laimer Platz ca. 1100m und die Straßenbahn Fürstenrieder Straße ca. 550 m.
Die Wohnung ist ab Anfang November frei. Die Wohnung darf nur an Studenten vermietet werden. Die Miete beträgt 624€ pro Monat (ohne Strom und Internet).
