Hallo,
da wir umgezogen sind, aber unser Vertrag noch läuft, möchten wir unsere kleine 40m2 Wohnung untervermieten. Der Mietpreis ist 200 Euro pro Woche.
Die Wohnung ist mit einer Einbauküche mit Waschmaschine, Bettcouch, Wohnzimmermöbeln, Tisch/Arbeitstisch und einem Fernseher ausgestattet.
Es handelt sich hier um eine 2 Zimmer Wohnung, wobei ein Zimmer unmöbliert ist.
Leider können wir nur wöchentlich befristete Mietverträge erstellen und eventuell verlängern, da wir noch keinen Wohnungsübergabetermin haben.
