Im schönen Westend am Gollierplatz ist diese 1,5 Zimmer Wohnung für Mai + Juni zu vermieten.
Die Wohnung mit Altbaucharme und hohen Decken ist voll möbliert. Bett, Schrank, Tisch, Couch, ausgestattete Küche - Es ist alles da was man braucht. Bad und Klo sind separat.
Die Anbindung ist super. Entweder man schwingt sich aufs Rad und ist in wenigen Minuten im Stadtkern oder man nimmt den Bus gleich am Gollierplatz, etwas weiter die Tram oder auch Ubahn an der Schwanthalerhöhe.
Sonst sind Lidl und ein dm zwei eine Straße weiter, Bars, Cafes und Restaurants um die Ecke.
Das Westend ist ein generell unaufgeregtes, charmantes, familiäres und zentrales Viertel (nahe Theresienwiese und Hauptbahnhof). Weniger Szene-Viertel, aber super zum wohnen und wohl fühlen.
