Das Appartment befindet sich in einem größeren Haus, das v.a., aber nicht ausschließlich für Studenten gedacht ist. Es hat einen Balkon, schön große Fenster und eine sehr gute Wärme- und Lärmisolation (Neubau, Baujahr 2015). Waschmöglichkeiten sind im Keller vorhanden, es gibt einen Keller-Spint, mehrere Fahrradkeller und einen Tiefgaragen-Stellplatz (letzteren für 80€/m).
Herausragend ist die Verkehrsanbindung: 5 min Fußweg zur S-Bahn (Haltestelle Laim) und zum Bus und ca. 10 min zur U-Bahn (Laimer Platz) und Tram. Im Umkreis von 1 km befinden sich viele Geschäfte, Ärzte und Fitnessstudios, in der Nähe gibt es auch ein schönes Schwimmbad mit Sauna etc. ^.^
10 min entfernt sind 2 sehr schöne Parks zum Entspannen (Hirschgarten und Schlosspark Nymphenburg).
Die Wohnung wäre ab dem 24.09.2016 zu haben.
Ich kann nach Absprache gern die Möbel (vorhanden sind Bett, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, Kleider-Kommode und Geschirr) in der Wohnung lassen, je nachdem ob du ein möbliertes Zimmer brauchst oder nicht.
