Parking spots are also available on Landsbergerstrasse and nearby locations. There is also a possibility to rent a parking place. Laundry room available. The apartment has beautiful balcony (which is quite big). There is a big indoor bike storage facility with key.
The apartment is not furnished. Im (prefer) giving the unit to someone who is willing to take the furnitures as well, here is the price list:
- Big table with 3 chairs - € 100
- Small table with 2 chairs - € 50
- Bed with mattress - €100
- Wardrobe - €300
There are other things such as toaster, water heater, mixer and so on, which we can discuss about later. Im selling everything because im moving to another country.
