Die Wohnung ist schön hell und verfügt über einen geräumigen Schnitt. Neben einem Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine gibt es auch eine Kochmöglichkeit mit Herd und Kühlschrank. Der Boden ist entweder mit Fliesen oder Laminat verlegt.
Sie liegt ziemlich zentral. Man braucht ca. 15 min. zu Fuß zum Marienplatz. Allerdings gibt es auch U-Bahn, S-Bahn und mehrere Bus-Linien in nächster Nähe.
Die Wohnung wurde mit neuen Mischbatterien sowie Wasserhähnen ausgestattet. Im Bad wurden ein neues Waschmaschinen-Waschbecken Claro und eine BAUKNECHT Waschmaschine WA PLUS 622 Slim, A+++, 6 kg, 1200 U/Min instaliert. Die Sachen und Bett inkl. Matraze (140x200) möchten wir gerne für 800€ abgelöst haben.
