Fully equipped apartment (even towels, kitchen equipment, towels...), everything included (also internet). No limited offer, apartment is free with open end. Only for single persons, no families, no couples (apartment is too small for that). Looking forward to hearing from you :-)). Super schönes 1-Zimmer Apartment mit Blick über die Schwanthalerhöhe. Direkt über dem Forum Schwanthalerhöhe. Mittendrin und trotzdem super ruhig. Die perfekte Möglichkeit ins wunderschöne Westend zu ziehen. SAM, Bean Batter, Bodhi, Cafe Marais, Beaver Coffee, Cafe Colombo, Mille Miglia u.v.m. in Laufnähe.
In den 1000 Euro sind ALLE Nebenkosten enthalten. Inklusive Strom, Internet und Heizkosten. Eine "Wohnflat" sozusagen. :-)
Du findest in der Wohnung alles was du brauchst:
- 140 cm Bett
- Nachtschränkchen
- Großer Kleiderschrank
- TV auf Sideboard
- Schöner großer Balkon mit Blick über München
- Neue Küche mit Spülmaschine und voller Ausstattung (Besteck, Gläser, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine etc.)
- Das Bad ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch sind neu: Waschmaschine, Duschbrause, Duschstange, Toilettendeckel, Waschbecken mit Armatur
In unmittelbarer Nähe findest du alles, was du brauchst. Schöne Restaurants und Bars, viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Rossmann, Aldi, Apotheken, Vollkorner Biomarkt etc.), 2 Minuten Laufnähe zur Ubahn Schwanthalerhöhe oder Theresienwiese. Pack deinen Koffer und ziehe ein. Sonst ist alles schon im Apartment vorhanden. Vom Küchenequipment, Handtüchern, Staubsauger, Decken, Besteck...ALLES.
Besichtigungen sind kurzfristig möglich und werden vom aktuellen Mieter, Arun Yadav durchgeführt. Gern auch via WhatsApp bei ihm melden
