I'm looking for someone to take over my apartment from beginning (5th) of July.
No short term renters
I will leave most of the furniture so it's really ready to move in: bed, table, kitchen utensils, fridge, toaster among other things. Sofa not included.
Super location, inside the first ring of Munich public transportation system.
Great shopping location: there is Lidl and DM right outside the door, Edeka is also pretty close
There are many restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies and other utility shops nearby.
Nearest public transportation is 3min away, but biking to the city center is also excellent.
