Sehr gute, zentrale Lage mit Anschluss zur U4/U5. Die Stationen Heimeranplatz und Schwanthalerhöhe sind in ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Bus und S-Bahn sind ebenfalls gleich um die Ecke und ca. 2-3 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt.
Supermärkte (Aldi, Edeka), Cafés, Restaurants, Apotheke etc., kann alles gut zu Fuß erreicht werden.
