für den Zeitraum 31.08.18 - 28.09.18 biete ich meine Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete an.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Laim, ca 7min zu Fuß zur U-Bahn Station Friedenheimerstr. (U5), 5min zur Tram-Station Säulingstr. (Tram 18) und 10min zum Westpark.
Den/die Untervermieter/in erwarten ca. 40 qm² mit separatem Bad, separater Küche und einem Balkon. Da die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss ist und der Balkon auf den grünen Innenhof guckt hat man einen kleinen Garten nur für sich :-). Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert. Kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es direkt vor der Wohnung. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfes sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
