Hallo zusammen,
für meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung mit abgetrenntem Kochbereich und Balkon suche ich einen passenden Nachmieter ab ca. Mitte Juli 2021. Die Miete beträgt aktuell 810 warm ohne Strom und Gas, wobei ich nicht sagen kann, ob eine Mieterhöhung erfolgen wird. Als Kaution habe ich 2.000 bezahlen müssen, was für den neuen Mieter wahrscheinlich auch anfallen wird.
Im Rahmen des Einzuges habe ich die Möbel auf diese abgestimmt und neue Einrichtungsbestandteile, wie Küche / Waschmaschine / Ofen / Bett / Kleiderschrank / TV Schrank / Regal gekauft. Diese müssen übernommen werden.
Aktuelle Wohnungsbilder sind hier angefügt.
Die Wohnung befindet sich fußläufig des Schwanthaler Forums (ca. 2 Min) - Einkaufszentrum mit Edeka, DM, Lidl, H&M, Rituals,...... - und man hat somit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten so gut wie vor der Tür. Des Weiteren sind die Tram Stationen Herrmann-Ling-Straße sowie Holzapfelstraße ca. 2 Min zu Fuß entfernt. Zum Münchner Hauptbahnhof kommt man zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten, zur Hackerbrücke (S-Bahn) und Theresienwiese (U-Bahn) in ca. 6 Minuten.. natürlich je nach Laufgeschwindigkeit. ;-) Lage ist also zentral!
