Die Wohnung besteht aus Wohn-Schlafzimmer, separater und vollständig eingerichteter Küche, ebenso Bad und Diele. Das Wohnzimmer ist auch vollständig eingerichtet. TV und Internet ist auch vorhanden.
Die Lage ist zentral am s-Bahnhof laim. Alle Verkehrsmittel wie bus , Tram und u-Bahn sind schnell zu erreichen. Geschäfte sind alle in der Nähe und gut zu fuss erreichbar.
Ich bin viel auf Reisen und auch die nächsten 3 Monate unterwegs. Da alle meine persönlichen Gegenstände in der Wohnung verbleiben, muss nur vereinbart werden was an Platz für Kleidung etc benötigt wird. Da dies nur bei einem guten Vertrauensvollen Verhältnis möglich ist, lege ich Wert auf eine seriöse saubere und ordentliche Mieterin.Ich bitte daher um eine kurze Vorstellung in deutscher Sprache, in der auch eine persönliche Kommunikation möglich sein sollte.
