Da wir kurzfristig eine neue Bleibe gefunden haben möchte meine sehr zentrale Einzimmerwohnung auf der Schwanthalerhöhe vom 15. Februar bis zum 30. April untervermieten. Eine längere Mietdauer ist aller Voraussicht nach nicht möglich, da der Vermieter die Wohnung dann selbst benötigt.
Die Wohnung ist im 2.OG und hat eine Einbauküche (ohne Ofen), ist ansonsten aber leider unmöbliert. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig aber doch sehr zentral, das Forum Schwanthalerhöhe ist im gleichen Gebäudekomplex, beim Hbf ist man zu Fuss in 20min, U-Bahn-Station Theresienwiese in ca 8min erreichbar und S-Bahn Station Hackerbrücke in ca. 10min, jeweils zu Fuss.
Die Miete beträgt 500€ plus Strom (ca. 120€ pro Monat, da eine Elektroheizung installiert ist).
Besichtigungstermine können wir gerne für Donnerstag (6.2.) vereinbaren.
