- The apartment is about 33 sqm with a separate kitchen.
- It has big windows and a "balcony" door which you can open fully therefore it is very bright.
- It is a multi-family building therefore very quiet and calm.
- Furniture includes everything in the apartment except for my personal stuff. So; bed, table, chair, sofa, wardrobe, cutlery, vacuum cleaner, etc.
- In summers it is very cool that I didn't need any fans.
- Heating and water bills are included in the rent.
- You can use the washing machine and dryer in the basement by buying coins from the Hausmeister.
- The apartment is located in a very green and calm residential area which is very reachable via S-Bahn, tram, and bike.
- 3 mins to tram lines 19 and 29 which takes about 25 mins to center.
- 7 minutes walking distance to Laim station which is on the Stammstrecke that you can find an S-Bahn every 2 mins and takes about 20 mins to center.
- Also 7 minutes walking to Edeka supermarket.
- There is also a bus station nearby that can take you to the S-Bahn station in a minute.
- You can bike to the center easily in about 25 mins.
- Schloss Nymphenburg and Hirschgarten are super close to chill out.
- I am the current tenant of the apartment and helping out my landlord.
- Up to 2 people can stay.
- Proof of income is required but students with parental support are also welcomed.
- Minimum of 12 months contract.
