I am looking for a new tenant for my beautiful, bright, modern 1 room student apartment from April 2021.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the private student residence, Studio M2, in the Laim district of Munich, just a few minutes' walk from the main S-Bahn line.
The apartment is rented unfurnished and includes a built-in pantry with a microwave, refrigerator and freezer compartment.
It has a spacious bathroom and a sunny balcony to the west, which borders the inner courtyard.
Since the building was recently built in 2015, the apartment meets modern standards.
In the basement there is a lockable cupboard that belongs to the apartment; as well as a laundry room that is equipped with numerous washing machines and dryers and is available to residents with an EC card payment system.
An underground parking space can also be rented for around € 80 per month.

Auch die Bushaltestation ,,Laimer Bahnhof'' ist nur 3 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Von hier aus gelangt man mit dem Bus innerhalb von 3 Minuten zur U-Bahnstation U5 ,,Laimer Platz''.
In der näheren Umgebung der Wohnung befinden sich zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Edeka, Aldi und Rewe, sowie Fitnessstudios, Restaurants und Cafés. Auch der Hirschgarten (ein schöner Park inkl. des größten Biergartens Münchens) ist in nur 7 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Das Schloss Nymphenburg ist ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar.

Zudem muss eine Bürgschaft für den Bewohner (ggf. von den Eltern) im Mietvertrag erteilt werden.
