27.4.-12.5. Zwischenmiete/Short Term Sublet - 1,5-Zimmer Altbauwohnung Schwanthalerhöhe/Westend

Ich vermiete meine schön helle und ruhige Wohnung in Schwanthalerhöhe/Westend kurzzeitig vom 27.4. bis 12.5. an eine ruhige und sehr ordentliche Person, die eine Zwischenmietwohnung wertschätzt und gut behandelt.
Für Paare ist die Wohnung zu klein und auch grundsätzlich wünsche ich mir, dass kein Besuch in der Wohnung ist.


Die Wohnung ist 30qm groß, liegt im 2. OG, ist komplett möbliert und hat schönes Echtholzparkett. Es gibt ein helles Schlafzimmer, ein kleines innenliegendes Bad mit Dusche und eine separate, sehr sonnige Küche mit Waschmaschine. Schnelles WLAN ist vorhanden, Homeoffice also kein Problem. Es gibt einen kleinen sonnigen Innenhof mit Fahrradstall.

Die Wohnung ist mein kleiner Zufluchtsort. Zudem ist die Hausgemeinschaft ist sehr eng verbunden und es wird viel Wert auf Ruhe gelegt. Auch deshalb möchte ich keine Partys o.ä. in der Wohnung haben!
Sauberkeit ist mir sehr wichtig und ich bitte darum die Wohnung und Einrichtung pfleglich zu behandeln.
Ich ernähre mich vegan und möchte nicht, dass Fleisch oder Fisch in der Küche gelagert oder gekocht werden. Wenn du ebenfalls vegetarisch/vegan bist oder für die Zeit deines Aufenthalts darauf verzichten würdest, wäre das also großartig.

I rent out my nice, bright and quiet apartment in Schwanthalerhöhe/Westend from April 27th-May 12th to a quiet and tidy person. The apartment is too small for couples and I generally wish not to have visitors in the apartment.

The fully furnished apartment has 30 square meters, is located on the 2nd floor, and has beautiful wooden parquet. There is a bright bedroom, a small ensuite bathroom with a shower and a separate, very sunny kitchen with dining table and washing machine. Fast WiFi is available, so home office is not a problem. There is a small, sunny courtyard with a bicycle shed.

The apartment is my little sanctuary. In addition, the house community is very closely connected and a lot of value is placed on peace and quiet. That's also why I don't want to have parties or similar in the apartment!
Cleanliness is very important to me and I ask that you treat the apartment and furnishings with care.
I am vegan and do not want meat or fish to be stored or cooked in the kitchen. If you are vegetarian/vegan as well or would prefer not to for the duration of your stay, that would be great.
