I am in Asia until the end of April and offer my 1 room flat within walking distance of the Stachus in 1 minute for a temporary sublet from 17.1. to 30.4.23. The flat is fully furnished incl. washing machine, cooker, microwave and dishwasher. The rent of 950 Euro includes everything: Electricity, heating, internet etc. Good equipment (Alexa, TV-Flat 48'', Sonos etc.). Handover to you cleaned, please return also cleaned.
The area is the most international area in Munich. Many Arabic, Turkish, Indian, but also all European and of course Bavarian restaurants available. Many bars, clubs, cinemas, theatres. All supermarkets, department stores. Lots of food services and home-deliveries of all kinds. In short: the coolest flat ever. It couldn't be more central!
Attention: There is a Mexican restaurant directly below the flat. Rarely from Sunday to Thursday, regularly on Friday and Saturday music is played there from early evening until about 4 am. The music can be heard well in the flat and sensitive people feel disturbed. Otherwise, the flat is extremely quiet for its location.
You live in the middle of the action at the very beginning of Schwanthaler Straße. Only to a trustworthy person. Please describe your personal situation and your income if you are interested, please only in writing with your telephone number. Deposit 1500 Euro. I would prefer the rent plus deposit on the day of moving in in exchange for a key. Viewing is possible from 11.1.23. First come, first serve.
