Living room and kitchen are not separated. The flat is rented out partially furnished with a small kitchen (two hotplates but no oven, a fridge and a cupboard). It also includes a couch, an armchair, a bed and a wardrobe.
Verschiedene Supermärkte und Läden des alltäglichen Bedarfs befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, außerdem gibt es viele Restaurants und Imbisse in der Nachbarschaft. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The flat is centrally located close to Theresienwiese and the Westpark and still close to central station and the inner city of Munich. The area is excellently connected to the public transport system with Schwanthaler Höhe (U4/U5) being the closest underground station.
Eine gebrauchte Waschmaschine muss vom Vormieter für 100 Euro Ablöse übernommen werden. Ein großer Kühlschrank und weitere Möbel können auf Wunsch übernommen werden. Der Internet-Vertrag des Vormieters (O2) kann ebenfalls übernommen werden.
