Ich vermiete eine sehr saubere 1-Zimmerwohnung! Die eine neue Einbauküche sowie ein neues Bad hat. Der Laminat ist im Jahr 2013 neu verlegt worden. Die Wohnung hat einen schönen kleinen Balkon mit Blick auf eine grüne Anlage.
Die Anbindung zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsanbindung ist super. In unmittelbarer nähe befindet sich die Tram und 5min Fußweg ist die u5. Eine Apothek, eine Rewe sowie ein Kiosk sind nur wenige Schritte von der Wohnung weg. Es ist eine sehr ruhige Gegend und es fahren wenig Autos.
In der Miete ist alles enthalten. Sogar ein TG-Stellplatz und ein kellerabteil in dem man seine Sachen unterbringen kann. Mir ist Sauberkeit und Ordnung sehr wichtig. Da hier auch Familien wohnen, müssen die Ruhezeiten eingehalten werden!
