ich möchte meine Wohnung im angegebenen Zeitraum vermieten, weil ich unterwegs sein werde. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, ruhig gelegen, Westpark und Theresienwiese sind fußläufig zu erreichen, Nahverkehr ebenso in drei Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Mit dem Rad braucht man weniger als 15 Minuten in die Innenstadt. Ich wohne hier normal mit meinem Hund, Allergiker:innen sollten aufpassen.

I would like to rent out my flat during the specified period. The flat is fully equipped, quietly located, Westpark, Theresienwiese and public transport are within walking distance. It takes less than 15 minutes to get to the city centre by bike. I'm sharing my flat with my dog, so people with allergies should be careful.

Die Wohnung liegt zwischen dem Westpark (eine Minute zu Fuß) und der Theresienwiese (zehn Minuten zu Fuß), also sehr innenstadtnah. Mit dem Fahrrad/ Öffis bist du in weniger als 15 Minuten am Marienplatz oder am Hauptbahnhof. Zudem ist es sehr ruhig, weil die Fenster lediglich zu einer Anliegerstraße hinauszeigen. Auch die Hausgemeinschaft ist sehr nett.
Ich wohne hier übrigens mit meinem Hund. Allergiker sollten da aufpassen.

The flat is located between the Westpark (one minute's walk) and the Theresienwiese (10 minute's walk), so it is very close to the city centre. By bike or public transport, you can reach Marienplatz or the main railway station in less than 15 minutes. It is also very quiet because the windows only face a residential street. The house community is also very nice.
By the way, I live here with my dog. People with allergies should be careful.
