It’s located in a pretty residential area, quiet in the evening, Edeka, DM, and pharmacies are in walking distance, only 10 mins to Hauptbahnhof/Sendlinger Tor and 15 mins to Marienplatz/Odeonsplatz by public transportation
The landlord is extremely easygoing and helpful, the contract can also be very flexible like 4 months with only one month notice
**Since I’m moving aboard, most of my furnitures and appliances (bed, table, shelves, microwave, washing machine, etc.) need to be taken over in a good package price about 800€**
