Die Wohnung ist neubau und sehr hell und sonnig, hat einen Extra-Zimmerchen mit Tür (z.b. Garderobe-schrank), Ein Einbauküche getrennt, Bad neu und gefliesst. 5 stock aufzug ist vorhanden.
Liegt 1min Gehfuß zu S-banh Mittersendling und ca. 10 min zu U-Bahn Harras. Hinter der Wohnung ist ein Grosser Park "Westpark" und zu Isar Kanal ist ca. 12 min zu Fuss.
Ruhige Wohngegend und man ist in 10 min in Hbf oder Marienplatz per s-Bahn.
Ein einmaliges Kosten von 150 euro kommt dazu, weil ein Digital-reciever-System im Haus eingebaut ist (habe ich bezahlt und den Reciever bleibt natürlich drin) sonst habt ihr kein TV-empfang.
