da ich ausgerechnet zur gesamten Wiesn-Zeit auf Geschäftsreise bin, vermiete ich mein 1-Zimmer Apartment. Das Angebot richtet sich ausschließlich an Wiesn-Mitarbeiter!
Das Apartment ist voll eingerichtet und verfügt über Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, TV+Internet+Telefon und sogar einem Balkon zum ruhigen Innenhof!
Der Mietzeitraum wäre vom 16.9. bis zum 8.10., aber da lasse ich gerne mit mir reden. Der Mietpreis für den vollen Zeitraum liegt bei 1300 Euro warm. Zzgl wären 1000 Euro Kaution fällig.
Bilder stelle ich auf Wunsche gerne ein, auch Besichtigungen sind kein Problem (unter der Woche ab 18 Uhr, ansonsten am Wochenende).

Das Apartment befindet sich im Stadtteil Sendling, zu Fuß sind es zur Theresienwiese 5 Minuten, für die Lauffaulen fährt notfalls auch ein Bus. In jeweils 15 Fußminuten ist sowohl die Isar als auch der Westpark zu erreichen. Im Haus selbst befindet sich ein Supermarkt, ein Bäcker, ein Arzt, ein Apotheke und Friseur - quasi alles, was das Herz begehrt! :)
