Für meine schöne und günstige 1 - Zimmer Wohnung suche ich zum 1.12.2013 eine/n NachmieterIn.
Die Wohnung ist ca. 30 qm groß, liegt im Hinterhaus, verfügt über ein Tageslichtbadezimmer, eine eigene, vom Wohnraum abgetrennte kleine Küche und einen Balkon zum Innenhof.
Die Wohnung liegt ruhig im Hinterhaus, ca. 7 Gehminuten vom "Harras" entfernt.
Von dort aus hat man Anschluss an die Ubahn (in etwa 10 Minuten am Marienplatz) und einigen Buslinien.
Auch die S - Bahn Station Mittersendling ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Der Nachmieter müsste einen Kleiderschrank, einen Kühlschrank und Küchenhängeschränke für 350 Euro übernehmen.
