Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine schöne 1-Zimmer Wohnung in Super Lage in der Schäftlarnstr. zum 01.06. Die Wohnung hat 38 qm mit großem Balkon. Die Einbauküche ist separat und gehört zur Wohnung dazu! Das Bad ist mit Badewanne.
Die Wohnung liegt in Thalkirchen/Sendling, direkt beim Flaucher, quasi die grüne Lunge Münchens mit hohem Freizeitwert... hier kann man chillen, biken, grillen usw. Zur U-Bahn sind es 7 Min zu Fuß (U3 Brudermühlstraße). Geschäfte aller Art sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung.
Die Warmiete beträgt 650 €.
Da ich viele Einrichtungsgegenstände habe, die auf die Wohnung zugeschnitten sind und teilweise auch übernommen hatte, wären diese für insgesamt 500 € abzulösen. Neupreis alles zusammen war ca. 1000. €.
Um folgende Einrichtungsgegenstände handelt es sich:
Bad - 2 x Regal, Spiegelschrank,
Eingangsbereich - Lampe, Regal mit Vorhang als Stauraum
